Important ! Regarding Parcels sent with DPD / Postnord

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the items sent with DPD / Postnord may be with the agent even though you have not been notified of this by Postnord. This is because the agents register the packages on arrival on the wrong barcode, which means that you do not receive notifications or it can be seen in Postnord's App that it is available at your Post Office to pick up. It is not possible to call and search for the package at Postnord as they also do not see that it has reached the agent. If you suspect that you have experienced this, contact us immediately so we can help you before the package is returned.
