Your order is sent within 24/48 hours normal delivery time is there after about 1-3 business days with Express some locations it may take a few days extra. If the item you ordered is in stock at the time of order, the package will "normally" leave us within 24/48 hours, and then arrive at the recipient a few weekdays later according to the chosen delivery method at checkout. (* However, no later than within 30 days Applies to Economy Delivery) Normal delivery to Denmark & Finland is 3-7 weekdays. Read more about shipping and delivery.
In the My Packages app, you can easily track your packages, get current information and notifications about where your package is and when it is available to download. The app can be downloaded here. We often send out both emails with tracking link and SMS when the delivery is available from your agent.
If you have not received the SMS notification for your order, you can use the package's package number to book delivery or pick up your package. You can find this in the My Packages app or in your tracking email. The app can be downloaded here

The cost of returning the product is stated in the shipping company's price list, which is available from the nearest agent. If you live in Sweden, you can order a return slip from us, then the shipment is also traceable and insured.

  • Use of hygiene items and body-friendly products such as shavers, toothbrushes, in-ear headphones are not approved for hygienic purchases. If the packaging is broken but the product is used, you can buy it again.

It does not cost anything to return a product in a service case. Remember, however, that a service, inspection, and shipping fee may apply if defects that do not fall within warranty or complaint law are found on the product. This can e.g. be physical injuries caused by an accident.
The time a repair takes can depend on the type of product and how difficult the possible defect is to recreate and fix. As a rule, however, a repair takes about 30 days from the time the authorized service workshop receives the product.
Different workshops are responsible for different repairs depending on the manufacturer, product or product category. This is due to that the workshop should as a rule be authorized. You will therefore find more information about where the product is sent in connection with the creation of a return case.
