Using the right type of facial products for your specific skin type is an important part of having a good skin care routine. Different skin types have different challenges and different needs.

What skin type do you have?

Dry skin - Often characterized by flaking and irritation, caused by a lack of moisture and low sebum production. For those with dry skin, gentle and moisturizing products are recommended. Your skin needs extra moisture, so feel free to supplement your routine with a facial oil or a moisturizing serum.

Combination skin - Involves a combination of different skin types. Maybe you have oily skin in the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin), but have normal or dry skin in the rest of your face. Adjust your products according to the needs of the different areas. Experiment to see what suits you best.

Oily skin - Often involves high sebum production, which can cause shine, large pores and sometimes breakouts. If you have oily skin, look for products with zinc, retinol or niacinamide. Acids such as AHA, BHA and PHA can also help reduce the visibility of pores.
