Below you will find our collection of epilators. When you use an epilator for hair removal, the hair is pulled out by the root, which means it takes longer for them to grow back. The epilator can pick up even the finest hairs, and some versions can be used in the shower, which some people find more comfortable than epilating when the skin is dry.

Here are some things to keep in mind if you are thinking about trying an epilator. Try to wait until the hairs are about 3 to 5 millimeters long, this usually makes it a little less uncomfortable. A warm shower beforehand can also help, and take the opportunity to scrub the skin at the same time. When you start on the legs, tighten the skin a little, this makes it easier to remove all the hairs and protects the skin. It is common for the skin to be a little red immediately afterwards, but this usually disappears quickly, so it can be nice to do it in the evening. Remember to use sunscreen on the area if you are going to be out in the sun, the skin can be a little extra sensitive at that time.
When it comes to facial epilators, many of the models available have a fairly large head plus a bunch of tweezers. This type works best on larger areas like the legs or under the arms, but they are not optimal for the face. It becomes difficult to properly reach, for example, the upper lip or when fixing the eyebrows. A "regular" epilator can also be a bit tough on the sensitive skin on the face. Facial epilators are instead flexible and light, and made to be as gentle as possible. They also work well on other sensitive areas (like under the arms and bikini line). Another thing is that regular epilators need a short length of hair, like at least half a millimeter, while facial epilators can handle hairs that are as short as 0.2 mm.
