Important information regarding our refurbished/used products

There is a great demand for so-called refurbished mobile phones, computers etc. and such a purchase is good for both the environment and your wallet! There are several different reasons why these products cannot be sold at new prices.

Our refurbished products are either refurbished, only used as demo copies or have some other minor defect that means they cannot be sold at full price. The grading of the products that are categorized as "Better than used" is A+, A, B and C.

All better than used products also have an individual description that gives an accurate picture of the product, all have a warranty of 2, 6, 12 or 24 months.

• A + / Impeccable: Products in impeccable condition whose original packaging may be open or replaced by another in very good condition.
• A / Like New: Products in perfect condition as new, whose original packaging may be open or slightly damaged or has been replaced by another.
• B / Very Good: Products in very good condition, with possible minor cosmetic defects, which work perfectly and whose original packaging may be open or slightly damaged.
• C / Good Condition: Products in good condition, with possible cosmetic defects, which work perfectly and whose original packaging may be open or slightly damaged.
• D / Flawless: Products in flawless condition, with possible cosmetic defects or missing any accessories, which work perfectly and whose original packaging may be open or slightly damaged.

Quality requirements

What unites all the phones that we at Fyndiq sell is that they meet the quality requirements that we set. In other words: We do not sell half-broken products or phones whose wear exceeds the standard we have.

Warranty on Mobile Phones/Tablets/Computers

2, 6, 12 or 24 month warranty on mobile phones, tablets and computers. This means that the product will be repaired within the warranty period if a warranty defect should occur. Please read what applies to each product in the product description.

The warranty does not apply to:

• Self-inflicted damage or normal wear and tear
• When rebuilding, upgrading or otherwise configuring the product
• If the installation has not been carried out by a qualified professional
• Any cosmetic defects

If the problem cannot be fixed, the product will be replaced with an equivalent or better one.

110% climate compensated

Buying a used product is in itself much better for the climate than buying a new product, we also compensate for the climate footprint that the products we sell cause. We do this via GoClimate by investing in climate projects that bind the equivalent amount of carbon dioxide that the product has caused. We have chosen to add 10% to what we will compensate, which means that every product you buy is 110% climate compensated.
