Track your package!

You will be able to track your package by logging into My Pages.

Select the order you want to track and then click on the link.

Fill in your order number and the email address you used when purchasing - and we will show you where your package is right now.

You can find your order number in the confirmation email we sent after you placed your order. Can't find your order confirmation? Take a look in your spam folder, it may have ended up there.

I don't have an account with you. What should I do?

If you don't have an account, click on forgot password.

When can I track my package?

The tracking information usually appears within 24-48 hours after your package has been shipped. Have you just ordered? Then it may take a little while before the tracking becomes visible. We also send out emails with a tracking link when it is available in our system.

Missing order confirmation

If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact our customer service.

The shipment is not registered yet

If you receive the following message from the shipping company, it simply means that the shipping company has not registered it in its system.

"The shipment is not registered yet. This may be because the package or goods have not been handed over to us yet, or that we have not had time to register it. Please try again later."

Please also try to track your package on the link below. Click on the link and enter your package's tracking number.

I have not received any notification, what should I do?

We want you to check your email, you should then have received an email from us with a tracking link. (Also check the trash)

Also take a look at your mobile phone, you may have missed a text message from the shipping company and check the shipping companies' various apps.
