Delivery Policy

Allectra has both its own warehouse and uses external warehouses and 3PLs that stock products in and outside Sweden, the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA).

Your order is shipped from the respective supplier's own warehouse on all weekdays, excluding holidays. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email.

The products are delivered to you within 1-16 working days, depending on the product, either directly to your mailbox or to your nearest representative. If you have ordered products from different stores, they will be sent in separate packages.
